In 2019, September, he was transferred from Natore to Feni where he took the responsibility as Sr. Plant Manager to commence the operation of newly built 114 MW Feni Lanka HFO fired Power Plant, Feni.
Mr. R K Pitigalage
Mr. Pitigalage holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Moratuwa,Sri Lanka and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Sri Jayawardanapura, Sri Lanka. He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) United Kingdom. He is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of LTL Holdings Group for the past 15 years.
Prior to joining LTL Group, Mr. Pitigalage served ANZ Grindlays Bank-Colombo as an Assistant Manager. During his stint at LTL, Mr. Pitigalage has closely worked with a large number of financial institutions both in and outside Sri Lanka securing financing that augured the continuous growth of LTL. He has been involved in structuring, negotiating and securing large infrastructure projects which the total value exceeded USD 500 Mn. Some of the major financial deals spearheaded by him are the USD 325 Mn, Export Credit backed Syndication for a 300MW Combined Cycle Power Plant which HSBC-Hong Kong acted as the arranger (2008), USD 62 Mn. financing for a 100MW power plant (2003), the leveraged management buyout valued at USD 5 Mn of ABB shares in LTLH (2005), USD 25 Mn World Bank assisted 10MW Wind Power Project (2011) and USD 70 Mn. financing for the two 52.2 MW HFO Fired Power Plants in Bangladesh (2013-14). Mr. Pitigalage was selected as the CFO of the Year by CIMA-Sri Lanka in 2008.
Mr. Gamini Sarath
Mr. U. G. Sarath is a career banker. He has a B.Sc. (Business Administration) from University of Ceylon and a Post Graduate Diploma in Economic Development from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Subsequently, he obtained a Master of Arts degree from University of Colombo and Master of Business Administration from University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. He started his carrier at the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Then he moved in to merchant banking. He worked at several merchant banking institutions in Sri Lanka where he managed to arrange large project finance deals. Mr. Sarath, with his 40 years of experience in the financial sector brings in immense value to the financing and commercial operations of the LTL Group. Before joining LTL Group, Mr. Sarath was the CEO of the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL). Mr. Sarath currently serves as a Director, Lakdhanavi Limited whilst he also serves as the Chairman of Ceylex Engineering (Pvt.) Limited

Mr. Md. Mohiuddin
Md Mohiuddin graduated from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology in Mechanical Engineering Since 2004. He built up his carrier in Power Plant Erection and commissioning works at Energypac Power Generation Company Ltd as a Project Support Engineer since 2006 and holding the position of Senior Engineer in the same Organization. He generated Guideline in Power Plant Erection and commissioning works in Energypac.
Md Mohiuddin Started his Carrier in Rajlanka Power Company ltd in 2013. He performed as a Shift In-charge Engineer at Rajlanka Power Company Ltd. At present he is working as a Lead Operation Engineer in Rajlanka Power Company Ltd. He has attained advance training in power plant operation and maintenance related works in Heladhanavi Power Plant, Srilanka.
Mr. Tawsif Ahmed
He has received training on Industrial Water Treatment, Firefighting, First Aid & Rescue Operation, 5S-Management, and in 2019 he also received training on operation and maintenance of W20V32 and W18V50 engine from Wartsila land and Sea Academy Turku, Finland

Mr. Charles B. Gomes ACCA
With over 13 years of professional experience in the manufacturing and service industries, particularly in the Energy and Healthcare sectors, Mr. Charles is a seasoned financial expert. He began his career in 2012 as a Trainee Accountant at KPMG Bangladesh. He subsequently held roles as Senior Accountant at Firstserve Global Ltd., a UK-based accounting firm, and Augmedix, a US-based healthcare technology company, until 2018.
In 2018, Mr. Charles joined Lakdhanavi Limited as an Accountant and was later promoted to Deputy Manager – Accounts. From 2022 to 2023, he served as Assistant General Manager heading the Finance Department at Evercare Hospital Chattogram, part of the Evercare Group. In 2024, he was the Deputy General Manager leading the Finance Division at Unico Hospitals PLC.
Returning to Lakdhanavi Limited in 2024 as Head of Finance, Mr. Charles oversees the finance and accounting functions for the company’s Bangladesh operations, leveraging his extensive expertise to drive financial excellence.
Mr. Md. Rafiqul Islam
Mr. Md. Rafiqul Islam graduated on Mechanical Engineering in 1993 from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and started his career in BEXIMCO Infusion Ltd as Engineering Officer. He joined Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) in March 1998 and served up to December 2007. During the tenure in BPDB he work as a Sub-Divisional Engineer in Mechanical Maintenance department of 950MW Ghorasal thermal power plant and additionally at different power stations of BPDB such as Siddirgonj, Khulna, Fenchuganj, Shahajibazzer, Bhagabari power plant as a member of Core Maintenance Team of BPDB. Later, He joined Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Dubai December 2007 in Mechanical Maintenance Division and served more than ten years in a 115X5MW combine cycle power plant as a senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. Additionally, He work as a Planning Engineer and Project Manager of various maintenance projects of the same plant. He resigned from DEWA, Dubai in May 2018 and joined Lakdhanavi Limited in September 2018 as the Head of Operations.
Md. Arif Mohammad Faisal
Arif Mohammad Faisal joined RLPCL as an Operations Engineer on 13th January, 2014. He completed his B.Sc. Eng. in EEE from Islamic University of Technology (OIC), Gazipur, Dhaka. He did his MBA in management studies from University of Rajshahi. He also has a Post Gradute Diploma in IT (DBMS). He has two publications in the field of Biomedical Engineering. Faisal is a Member (M/37809) of Institute of Engineers Bangladesh (IEB).
Faisal worked as an intern for Wärtsilä Bangladesh Limited prior to his joining at RLPCL. In 2014 he visited Sri Lanka & received training from Heladhanavi 100MW Power Plant, Yugadhanavi 300MW Combined Cycle Power Plant, Pawandhanavi 10MW Wind Power Plant & Belihuloya Small Hydro Power Plant. He also took training from INST (BAEC), IE, BTCL & BPDB training center of Palash, Ghorashal.
Mr. Abdus Samad
Mr. Abdus Samad has been working in Raj Lanka Power Company Limited as a fuel In-Charge Engineer (Mechanical) since January 1, 2016.
Having dynamic foothold in power sector, he worked in the company as a Fuel Transport Engineer (Mechanical) on February 31st 2015 to December 31, 2017. Prior to this, he was the Shift Engineer (Mechanical) at Raj Lanka Power Company Limited from January 19, 2014 to February 31, 2015.
Mr. Abdus Samad possesses a graduation degree from Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET) in 2012, having more than 6 (Six) years of diverse experience in power sector to his credit.
He started his career with 102 MW Regent Energy and Power Limited, Norshingdi, Ghorashal as an Assistant Engineer in 2013. In his long service, he worked in various positions in the arena of Power Plant Operation, Maintenance and whole Fuel management system.
